The Kazakhstani wheat is distinguished by high content of gluten and high quality which is achieved through the unique environment conditions in the regions of the Northern Kazakhstan. The common wheat flour has an excellent baking quality. It is important that, during production, we use considerably less chemicals (herbicides and mineral fertilizers) which proves that Kazakhstani wheat is environmentally clean. The Company produces common wheat varieties, which contain no GMO, but high content of gluten showing 23%-30% and even higher.
The wheat produced by the Company complies the accepted standards: ST RK 1046-2008GOST 9353-90.
The soft wheat varieties are Astana, Astana-2, Shortandinskaya 95 improved, Omskaya -28, Omskaya-31, Omskaya-36, Svetlanka.

Durum wheat is a gluten-rich wheat kind. Thanks to the dietary and nutritional properties of flour, made from durum wheat, it is preferred in pasta production and in other food industries. The Kazakhstani wheat characterized by a high content of gluten and its high quality. This is facilitated by unique natural and climatic conditions in the regions of north Kazakhstan. High vitreousness of durum wheat, produced by the Company, allows production of high-quality pasta. The Company produces the GMO-free durum wheat.

The Company-produced wheat complies with the following accepted standards: ST RK 1046-2008GOST 9353-90.

Durum wheat variety – “Zhemchuzhina Sibiri”.

Due to economic productive efficiency decrease of barley caused by low price and demand at the market, the seeding area was reduced from 35,000 ha in 2008 to 3,000 ha in 2010. But within the period from 2011 to 2012 the seeding area of barley was increased up to 9,400 ha and 15,000 ha correspondingly. In the future the Company plans to keep the definite level of barley production, this depends on preliminary prices and demand for the given product.

Product meets the accepted standards: GOST 28672-90.

Barley varieties – Astana-2000, Kedr.


The grown rapeseed is used to produce oil for food and technical goals. The distinguishing characteristics are low content of erucic acid and glucosinolates which allows using extracted oil for food. Currently, the Company uses Rapeseed only for sale.
The main reasons to enhance production of rapeseed are:
– available and almost unlimited demand markets;
– possibility to increase the range of agricultural commodities through optimization of crop rotation along with improvement of phytosanitary and agro physical land qualities
– opportunity to use rapeseed for production of rape oil as renewable and safe type of fuel.
The rapeseed sowing areas are growing each year. Rapeseed in the crop sowing area for 2012 has 10.2% from total seeded area and 35% from oilseeds sowing territories. In the future the Company plans to maintain strategic balance on rapeseed sowings coming to last 3 years average using at least 30,000 ha of territories for seeding.
The production fits the accepted standards of GOST 10583-76.
Rapeseed varieties are Hunter, Geros, Ubileiniy.

From the day of its creation the Company started producing the oil crops and got a great experience in flaxseed production. Flaxseed is applied in oil production for technical and food needs as flax contains amino acid “Omega-3” or so-called “amino acid of happiness”. The Company doesn’t process flaxseed and due to a great demand for flax the Company is fully export-oriented.

In 2010 oil crops took 40% in the crop rotation structure, they are flaxseed and rapeseed. These crops have a great demand and more stable prices, this fact caused the increase of the seeding area of flaxseed in 2009-2010 from 23,550 ha to 67,590 ha. In 2011 the seeding area of flaxseed counted 20% from the total seeding area and in 2012 – 22%. In future, the Company plans to keep the seeding area of flax up to 35% in the whole crop rotation structure. This caused by high economical efficiency of flax production, great experience in production and sales, logistics, and keen demand at the world market.

Flaxseed type – Northern, INGOT.

Mustard – is a plant genus of the the Brassicaceae family. It is used in pharmaceutics, cooking, in the production of mustard oil, whereas, its cake and meal – as the feed in animal husbandry. The chemical composition of seeds contains – 20-50% mustard oil, 0.5-2.9% essential oil, glycosides and enzymes. The Company produces mustardseed in large quantities and, in the future, plans to increase the production of this crop.

Pea is a rich source of protein. Pea protein is similar to the meat protein as it contains the row of irreplaceable amino acids (cystine, lethal protein, L-tryptophan, methionine). Also pea contains a lot of ascorbic acid (up to 59 mg%), different sugars (more than 7%), starch (1-3%), vitamins such as C, PP, group B, carotene, cellulose. Nutrient value of pea is higher by factor of 1.5-2 than potato and other vegetables, plus pea is enriched by salts of potassium, calcium, phosphorus and ferrum.
The Company produces pea from 2008, and the seeding area was increased from 200 ha to 9,370 ha. This crop is a good forecrop for the main crops that the Company produces.

Peas type – Aksaiskii 55.

The lentil is a wonderful product with many advantages. Energy value of the lentil equals to 284 kilocalories. It’s not by chance that vegetarians replace meat by lentil because it contains around 60% of protein. Besides, the lentil is abound of carbohydrates, cellulose mineral salts, potassium, phosphorus, and irreplaceable amino acids along with starch, fats, vitamins B1, B2 PP, C. The lentil is the first among pulse crops regarding content of the ferrum.

The lentil is widely used in the food industry for preparation of protein products, sausages etc. Due to abundance of useful properties is broadly used in the folk-medicine. It is a new crop in the crop rotation system, in 2010 initial seeded area was about 119 ha. In 2012 seeded area of the lentil grew to 2,884 ha.

The lentil varieties are Viceroy and Greenland.

Chickpea takes the first place among legumes on nutrient value. It contains the protein within 20.1 – 32.4. In comparison with other legumes chickpea contains more basic irreplaceable acids such as methionine and L-tryptophan. Chickpea contains a lot of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. Chickpea is a good source of lecithin, hepatoflavin (Vitamin B2), thiamine (Vitamin B1, nicotinic and pantothenic acids, gossypine). It’s widely applied for food feed aims and also as a raw material for canned-foods and food-processing industry.

The crop was included into crop rotation in 2010 and is produced by Atameken-Agro-Tselinnyi LLP., Atameken-Agro-Korneyevka LLP. In the beginning the seeding area of chickpea was 965 ha. In 2011 the seeding area of chickpea was 2,754 ha. The Company produces chickpea in a small volume in order to research and get experience in this crop production and in general to increase th technology of production.

The buckwheat is a valuable cereal crop that is used for making highly nutritious groats and flour for infants food. The residue after processing of groats is utilized in the formula feed and grain-processing industry. The chaff and straw ashes are used for potash manufacturing.
The production fits the accepted standards: GOST 19092-92.
Buckwheat variety is Bogatir.

Beef Cattle

Angus is a breed of beef cattle, bred in Scotland, in the counties of Aberdeen and Angus. By number, one of the fastest growing in the world.

Duck meat contains:
– Vitamin B and vitamins A, C, E, D, K;

Besides taste qualities, duck meat has also useful characteristics. Many of these characteristics are achieved thanks to duck fat. During consumption in a certain amount, a human body cleanses of carcinogenic substances and the complexion improves. The presence of enzymes in duck fat allows to regulate metabolism. Vitamin A, found in duck meat in decent quantities, improves the skin and eye function. Duck meat is necessary in the diet of a person with physical or nervous exhaustion. Restoration of the body happens thanks to the revitalization of the immune system by proteins.

Goose meat contains:

– vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, PP, B5, B6, B9, B12, C);

– macroelements (potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus);

– microelements (iron, manganese, copper, zinc, selenium).

50% of the weight of a fattened goose is fat, that is, highly unsaturated fatty acids, predominantly linoleic. Goose meat contains many amino acids that stimulate the growth of tryptophan, lysine, arginine, as well as glutamic acid, which actively participates in the release of the body from the products of decomposition, primarily from ammonia.
