Atameken-Agro has completed the 2026 harvest campaign, with over 435,000 tons of crops collected
The Atameken-Agro Group of Companies has completed the 2026 harvest campaign. Despite challenging weather conditions, agricultural enterprises conducted fieldwork in an organized manner and harvested over 435,000 tons of agricultural produce. The average yield was 16 centners per hectare.
This season, the Group's harvested area amounted to 275,000 hectares. The average grain yield reached 18.4 c/ha, legumes 14.6 c/ha, and oilseeds 12.9 c/ha.
The agricultural season began earlier than usual. On April 15, farmers began sowing in the demonstration fields of Atameken-Agro-Yesil LLC. Atameken-Agro-Korneevka LLC was the first to complete the sowing campaign on May 18, thanks in large part to the use of modern, high-performance equipment.
This year, the Group revised its cropping structure, increasing the share of rapeseed and reducing lentil plantings. This decision was based on market forecasts, which were subsequently confirmed by a decline in lentil prices.
"For us, it's not just high yields that matter, but also profitability. Therefore, we focus on oilseeds, primarily sunflower and rapeseed, which have demonstrated good economic results year after year. This season, the weather had a slight impact on yields, but our cropping decisions have paid off.
Next year, we will continue to improve our agricultural technologies, including the use of anhydrous ammonia as one of the most cost-effective sources of nitrogen nutrition for plants. We are counting on sufficient rainfall and favorable weather conditions to realize the full potential of our crops". — noted Alexander Gladun, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Atameken-Agro.
Sagat SK LLC demonstrated some of the best yields. The average yield for the farm was 21 centners per hectare, including 25.5 centners per hectare of grain crops and 18.2 centners per hectare of legumes.
Atameken-Agro-Korneevka LLC became the leader in oilseed crop yield with a yield of 17.5 c/ha.
The largest harvest volume among the Group's farms was collected by Shatilo i K LLC - 67,560 tons with a sown area of over 35,000 hectares.
The technical equipment of the enterprises and the professionalism of the employees played a key role in the harvest campaign. High-performance equipment allows for increased efficiency in fieldwork, and its implementation is accompanied by training and professional development for specialists.
Vasily Sharkevich, a machine operator at Atameken-Agro-Timiryazevo LLC, has been working at the farm since 2015. Starting as a setup operator, he now operates a modern combine harvester with intelligent systems.
"This year, I received a new 2026 combine harvester, this one with artificial intelligence. At first, I worked as a setup technician, then gradually they entrusted me with the equipment and sent me for training. That's how I ended up working in the fields". — Vasily Sharkevich told.
Throughout the harvesting campaign, the Group also recognized employees who demonstrated the best results in grain handling, direct combining, and harvest transportation.
Among the leaders are Vladimir Nikolaevich Viderspan, a machine operator at Shatilo i K LLC, who twice demonstrated the best results, and Alexander Vasilyevich Shulga, a driver at the same enterprise, who three times became the leader in production results.
High performance was also demonstrated by:
- TOO Shatilo i K: machine operators Alexander Bernikov, Ivan German, Viktor Rachenyuk and driver Viktor Kool.
- Atameken-Agro-Esil LLP: machine operator Azamat Baikeev, drivers Vyacheslav Dylgin and Sergey Tenyaev.
- Atameken-Agro-Shukyrkol LLP: machine operator Ruslan Yelubekov.
- Dikhan Plus LLP: driver Azamat Kenzhebekov.
- TOO Atameken-Agro-Korneevka: combine operator Sergey Tarkhov and driver Sergey Ponomarev.
"This season was truly challenging and demonstrated the importance of experience, teamwork, and the ability to make quick decisions. Thanks to the professionalism of our specialists and machine operators, sound planning, and constant monitoring, we were able to complete the harvest in an organized manner. Each season provides us with new experiences. We see where we can work more efficiently, what technologies need to be developed, and what solutions to implement next year". — noted the head of the Agronomic Department, Kanafin Ertai.
Chairman of the Board, Islamov Kintal Kintalevich, also congratulated the team on the completion of the harvesting campaign:
"Behind every hectare and every ton stands the immense work of our people. Congratulations to all the employees of the Atameken-Agro Group of Companies on the completion of the harvest! I wish you good health, prosperity, a good rest, and a successful next season. May your hard work always be rewarded with worthy results!"
Having completed the 2026 harvest, Atameken-Agro is beginning preparations for the next agricultural season. Priorities include further equipment modernization, improving agricultural technologies, and increasing production profitability. The company's most important resource remains its people, whose professionalism and daily work ensure the stable operation of the agricultural holding.
