Field Practice: Atameken-Agro Strengthens Employee Expertise

On August 6, 2026, Atameken-Agro hosted an off-site training seminar at Atameken-Agro-Korneevka LLP in Korneevka village, North Kazakhstan Region. The event was designed to strengthen employees’ professional expertise, encourage the exchange of practical experience, and introduce modern agricultural solutions.

The seminar brought together specialists from Atameken-Agro’s agronomy team, representatives of the Group’s subsidiaries, and key industry partners — Agrocomplex Kurgansemena LLC, AgroStream, and JOSKIN.

The program focused on three key areas: seed production and variety selection, digitalization of agricultural processes, and modern farm machinery.

A.I. Morgunov, representative of Agrocomplex Kurgansemena LLC, delivered a session on key approaches to selecting crop varieties and hybrids. Participants discussed promising varieties, their performance under different production conditions, and the factors that should be considered when developing an effective varietal strategy.

Aida Mullasheva, founder of AgroStream, led a practical session on the use of the AgroStream information system. The discussion focused on current operational practices, practical challenges, and opportunities to use digital tools more effectively in day-to-day farm management and production processes.

В период с 5 по 8 августа 2026 года Атамекен-Агро с рабочим визитом посетили представители компании JOSKIN — Wiertz Francis Adolphe M. и Мурзинова Инесса.

As part of the visit, the delegation toured the digital dairy farm at Atameken-Agro-Korneevka LLP, where they were introduced to the farm’s production processes and had the opportunity to observe JOSKIN equipment operating under real working conditions.

JOSKIN representatives also met with the directors of Atameken-Agro’s subsidiaries to present the company’s machinery portfolio, discuss its practical applications, and explore opportunities for further cooperation.

As part of its continued investment in livestock development, Atameken-Agro has already purchased a JOSKIN VOLUMETRA slurry tanker equipped with a vacuum pump, a tipping trailer, and a livestock trailer. The equipment is intended to improve the efficiency of production and logistics operations across the Group’s livestock facilities.

Atameken-Agro will continue investing in people, technology, and practical expertise to build a more productive, precise, and efficient agricultural business.
